Featherweight title top contender Erik Koch is injured and out of his UFC Featherweight Title Fight against Jose Aldo, replacing him will be Frankie Edgar. Edgar is coming off of a title fight series against UFC Lightweight Champion Ben Henderson, Edgar lost both of those fights. Aldo has successfully defended his championship five times, last defeating Chad Mendes at UFC 142. UFC 153 takes place on October 13th at the HSBC Arena in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
