Former NWA Coastal Iron Man Champion Ricky Reyes has plans. Part of his plan is to invade the next NWA Coastal show in Bayville, NJ called "Proving Grounds II", even though he's not booked. "I want to prove to the fans at Coastal, and the entire NWA that Ricky Reyes IS the true champion" said Reyes in a recent interview. Despite this declaration, Coastal Commissioner Tommy Cairo seemed unimpressed. "Look, Reyes lost his title to Kevin "Mister" Tibbs at our last show, and he's been moved down the ladder........Tibbs will defend his belt against the #1 contender Sebastian Cruz at the next show".
Reyes however, promises that his presence will be felt on October 13th.
NWA Coastal also wants to congratulate Braydon Knight, who appeared in a backstage segment of WWE RAW this past Monday night!
NWA Coastal returns to the Bayville Elks Lodge on Saturday, October 13th with "Proving Grounds II".
A huge evening of pro wrestling is planned, and fans who attended the August show called "Bragging Rights II" know that NWA Coastal delivers the goods!
3 Main Events are scheduled for that evening.
"The Coqui Kid" Sebastian Cruz became the #1 contender for the Iron Man Championship in August, and will face current title holder and winner of the first "Young Lions" tournament, Kevin "Mister" Tibbs.
"Bad Boy" Danny Pagan won the NWA Coastal Heavyweight Championship at the "Bragging Rights II" show, and in a surprise move, joined Millionaire John's Boardwalk Mafia. He'll make his first title defense against Jersey Shore legend "The Phat Daddy" Biggie Biggs, who is still undefeated since his NWA Coastal debut.
AND, the NWA North American Tag Team Champions The Rochester Wrecking Crew INVADE Bayville on October 13th as they defend their titles against the very popular tag team of Johnny Nos and X-Cluse I.M., known collectively as The Element.
Also appearing that evening: the debut of Braydon Knight, Ricky Reyes, Luscious LaRon, Ryan Haston, Millionaire John II, former Coastal Heavyweight Champion Patch, Rex Lawless, Wacky Wayne Woo, Hybrid Josh Adams, The Rev. Buddy Graham, Bobby Youngblood, Iron Man Tommy Cairo, Fred Richards and more!
