Bantamweight competitor Walel Watson has been released by the UFC following three straight losses in the promotion. Watson started off his run in the UFC by defeating Joseph Sandoval at UFC On Versus VI, he did not win in the promotion since. Those three straight losses in the UFC came to Yves Jabouin, TJ Dillashaw and Mitch Gagnon, the last loss lead to Watson’s release.
