Sara McMann’s Strikeforce debut has been put on hold for now as the fighter is injured and unable to compete against Liz Carmouche this November. McMann is an undefeated fighter who most recently defeated Shayna Baszler at Invicta FC II, that fight was the headliner. Carmouche would have returned to Strikeforce after a year absence, she had competed twice in Invicta FC in between appearances. There is no word yet on who may be replacing McMann in the fight or if a replacement will even be sought. Strikeforce: Cormier vs. TBA takes place on November 3rd at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with Daniel Cormier headlining.
