Former UFC Commentator, MMA judge and Olympic gold Medalist Jeff Blatnick has passed away due to complications from heart surgery. Blatnick was a UFC commentator from UFC 4 all the way to UFC 32, he was an MMA judge from that point onward. Blatnick is also responsible for the majority of today’s MMA rules, which have been dubbed by many as the “Unified Rules Of Mixed Martial Arts.†Blatnick won the gold medal for Greco-Roman Wrestling, he competed in the 1984 Summer Olympic Games.
