The UFC Middleweight Division has gotten a new addition because the promotion has signed the undefeated Eddie Mendez. Mendez has amassed a record of 7-0-1 thus far in his professional MMA career, which includes a victory in Strikeforce over Fernando Gonzales. There is now word yet on when Mendez will make his UFC debut, but it is expected sometime in early-2013.
