UFC and Bellator veteran Rich Clementi has announced his retirement from mixed martial arts following a Bellator 81 defeat to Marcin Held. Throughout his thirteen year MMA career, Clementi fought the likes of Pete Spratt, Charles Bennett, Yves Edwards, Marcus Aurelio, Eddie Yagin, Caol Uno, Din Thomas, Anthony Johnson, Melvin Guillard, Sam Stout, Terry Etim, Gray Maynard, Gleison Tibau and Shinya Aoki. Clementi retires with a professional record of 45-22-1, having won three of his last four fights of his long career.
