Current Strikeforce Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold has suffered a wrist injury and is off of Strikeforce: Champions, he was scheduled to defend the gold against Lorenz Larkin. There is no word on who will be replacing Rockhold at the event or if a replacement will even be sought by the promotion. Strikeforce: Champions takes place on January 12th at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with Nate Marquardt and Tarec Saffiedine headlining.
