The highly anticipated rematch between Patrick Cote and Alessio Sakara has been pulled from UFC 158 as Sakara has suffered from kidney issues, thus had to pull himself from the event. The duo first fought at UFC 154, where Cote defeated Sakara by disqualification due to illegal strikes to the back of the head. There is no word yet on who may be replacing Sakara at the event, but the UFC should be making an announcement shortly. UFC 158 takes place on March 16th at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with Georges St. Pierre and Nick Diaz headlining.
