Claudia Gadelha has suffered an injury and is out of the Invicta FC IV main event, replacing her against Carla Esparza is Bec Hyatt, the duo will battle to become the first ever Invicta FC Strawweight Champion. Hyatt enters the fight riding a four fight winning streak, with only one of those victories going to a decision. Esparza is currently undefeated in Invicta FC competition, having defeated both Sarah Schneider and Lynn Alvarez. Invicta FC IV takes place on January 5th from the Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
