A broken hand has forced Alexander Sarnovskiy off the Bellator 91 card against David Rickels, replacing him in the tournament semi-finals with be Jason Fischer. Rickels punched his ticket to the tournament semi-finals when he defeated Lloyd Woodard at Bellator 87. Fischer will be looking to avenge his lone career defeat, which came at the hands of David Rickels at Bellator 82. Bellator 91 takes place on February 28th from the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico with Christian M’Pumbu and Attila Vegh headlining.
