Following a failed drug test after UFC 157, Lavar Johnson was not only suspended nine months by the CSAC, but was also released by the UFC. Johnson will end his run with a 2-2-0 record in UFC competition and the fighter was on a two fight losing streak. Johnson last competed at UFC 157, suffering a decision loss in what would turn out to be his final UFC appearance.
