Marcis Vinicius has suffered an injury and is off the upcoming UFC On FX VIII card, replacing him against Iuri Alcantara will be Iliarde Santos. Santos will enter the fight riding a six fight winning streak and has competed against UFC veteran John Lineker. Alcantara has won two of four under the UFC banner, most notably defeating Michihiro Omigawa at UFC 142. UFC On FX VIII takes place on May 18th from the Arena Jaragua in Jaragua Do Sul, Brazil with Vitor Belfort and Luke Rockhold headlining.
