UFC veteran Vladimir Matyushenko has signed a contract with the Bellator Fighting Championships, he is expected to debut in a non-tournament setting. Matyushenko won four of seven in his most recent UFC run, with notable victories over Igor Pokrajac and Jason Brilz. Matyushenko was released from the UFC after a loss to Ryan Bader at UFC On Fox VI, it was his second straight loss in the promotion. There is no word yet on when Matyushenko will make his Bellator debut, but it could come during the “2013 Summer Series.â€
