Lance Benoist has suffered an injury and has been forced off the UFC On FX VIII card, replacing him against Paulo Thiago will be Michel Prazeres. Thiago has only won one of his last five fights in the UFC, with that lone victory coming over David Mitchell. Prazeres will be making his official UFC debut in this fight, but he has not competed now in almost a full year. UFC On FX VIII takes place on May 18th from the Arena Jaragua in Jaragua Do Sul, Brazil with Vitor Belfort and Luke Rockhold headlining.
