The World Series Of Fighting has signed former XFC Lightweight Champion Nick Newell to a deal, Newell recently vacated the XFC Lightweight Title after a contract dispute arose between the two. Newell is an undefeated fighter who was born with only one complete arm and has stated in the past that his dream is to get to the UFC. Throughout his nine fight professional MMA career, Newell has achieved victories over top fighters like Eric Reynolds and Chris Coggins. There is no word yet on when Newell will make his promotional debut, but it could come as early as the World Series Of Fighting IV in August.
