A lightweight division contest as former UFC competitor Tyson Griffin will battle former Strikeforce competitor Gesias Cavalcante. Griffin won his lone fight since his UFC release, which came after a loss to Bart Palaszewski by knockout at UFC 137. Cavalcante has split both of his fights in the WSOF, defeating TJ O’Brien and suffering a defeat to Justin Gaethje. World Series Of Fighting IV takes place on August 10th from the Citizens Bank Arena in Ontario, California with no headliner announced as of yet.
