Carina Damm, the sister of UFC veteran Rodrigo Damm, has been suspended by the Ohio Athletic Commission for six months and fined $550 for supplying a fake urine sample for her pre-fight drug test for a North American Allied Fight Series event. Damm competed against Bellator veteran Jessica Eye at the event, losing via unanimous decision after three rounds of action. This is the second time that the fight has failed a drug test, as she was previously suspended by the California State Athletic Commission for a positive drug test (steroids) after an April 2008 fight. Damm has already competed once since the loss to Eye, which was prior to the announced by the OAC, she is currently scheduled to fight in Brazil this July.
