Josh Koscheck has suffered an injury and is now off the upcoming UFC 163 card, he was scheduled to fight Damian Maia. UFC officials have also pulled Maia from the card instead of seeking a late replacement opponent for him. A light heavyweight bout between Anthony Perosh and Vinny Magalhaes has been promoted from the FX portion of the preliminary card to the pay-per-view card.
Additionally, a bout between Rani Yahya and Josh Clopton has been promoted from the Facebook portion of the preliminary card to the FX portion of the preliminary card. UFC 163 takes place on August 3rd from the HSBC Arena in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil with Jose Aldo and Chan Sung Jung headlining.
