Welcome to the PWInsiderXtra.com live coverage of the Cage Warriors 57 Preliminary Card, live from the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England.

Fight #1 – CW Welterweight Division Fight

Steve Dinsdale (5-1-0) vs. Dan Rushworth (5-0-0)

Referee: Neil Hall

Round One

The round begins with Dinsdale eating a few knee strikes before putting Rushworth up against the cage wall, Dinsdale eventually gets the takedown on Rushworth and he gets the half guard. Rushworth quickly forces Dinsdale into the full guard position, Dinsdale transitions to side control on Rushworth after avoiding a triangle choke. Rushworth eats a few strikes before getting Dinsdale back into the full guard, Dinsdale clobbers Rushworth with a few elbow strikes. Dinsdale continues to attack Rushworth with some ground and pound, Dinsdale attacks Rushworth with more strikes as he moves towards the fence. Rushworth eventually stands back up after using the cage walk, Dinsdale then scores another takedown on Rushworth as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Dinsdale swinging at Rushworth before getting him against the cage wall, Dinsdale gains the takedown on Rushworth and Rushworth quickly pops back up. Rushworth swings wildly at Dinsdale and he cracks him with a knee strike, Dinsdale looks for the takedown again and Rushworth cracks him with knee strikes. Dinsdale eventually scores the takedown on Rushworth and he gets leg control, the referee stands up the fighters after inactivity and Rushworth cracks Dinsdale with more knee strikes. Dinsdale locks Rushworth in a standing arm triangle choke for a few moments, Dinsdale again looks for the takedown while eating some strikes. Dinsdale scores a takedown on Rushworth and he gets back control, Dinsdale switches to head control on Rushworth. Rushworth rolls to his back to get Dinsdale in the full guard, Dinsdale lands some strikes as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Dinsdale attacking Rushworth with a head kick, Dinsdale then cracks Rushworth with a multiple strike combination. Dinsdale cracks Rushworth with an uppercut before eating a knee strike, Dinsdale continuously looks for the takedown on Rushworth while eating some strikes. Dinsdale keeps looking for the takedown while holding Rushworth against the cage wall, Rushworth continues to attack Dinsdale with uppercuts before getting taken down. Dinsdale briefly gets back control before Rushworth scrambles to his feet, Rushworth connects with a lot of wild strikes on Dinsdale. Rushworth follows that up by nailing Dinsdale with a variety of kicks, Rushworth grabs a hold of Dinsdale while landing a lot of knee strikes as the round ends.

Fight Result: Steve Dinsdale def. Dan Rushworth by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Fight #2 - CW Catchweight Division Fight

Jason Cooledge (8-4-0) vs. Saul Rogers (6-1-0)

Referee: Neil Hall

Round One

The round begins with both fighters swinging wildly in the center of the cage, Rogers then hits Cooledge with a flurry of strikes before scoring a takedown. Rogers gets back control on Cooledge and he locks in the rear naked choke and the tap out follows.

Fight Result: Saul Rogers def. Jason Cooledge by submission via rear naked choke (1:23, R1)

Fight #3 - CW Welterweight Division Fight

Mohsen Bahari (5-0-0) vs. Matt Inman (10-5-0)

Referee: Neil Hall

Round One

The round begins with both fighters attacking each other with leg kicks, Bahari scores a takedown on Inman after blocking a kick. Inman rolls for the heel hook and Bahari quickly taps out.

Fight Result: Matt Inman def. Mohsen Bahari by submission via heel hook (0:44, R1)
