Vitor Ribeiro, a veteran of Strikeforce and Shooto, has retired from MMA competition and does so with a record of 20-5-0. Ribeiro has competed for nearly twelve years, competing against top names like Eddie Yagin, Ivan Menjivar, Jaochim Hansen, Tatsuya Kawajiri, Gesias Cavalcante, Shinya Aoki, Lyle Beerbohm and Justin Wilcox. Ribeiro will retire on a three fight losing streak and his last fight came against Justin Wilcox at Strikeforce Challengers 12.
