The alternate’s bout for the bantamweight title tournament at Cage Warriors 59 is set as Aaron Blackwell faces Kris Edwards. Blackwell will enter the fight riding a three fight winning streak, but has only fought once in the last two years. Edwards will enter the fight riding a two fight losing streak, with those losses coming to Alan Philpott and Shajidul Haque. Cage Warriors 59 takes place on September 14th from the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, Wales with Jim Alers and Martin Svensson headlining.
