Bellator veteran Jessica Eye has signed with the UFC and will make her promotional debut against Sarah Kaufman at UFC 166. Eye will make her UFC debut on a seven fight winning streak and she does hold a victory over former Bellator Women’s Flyweight Champion Zoila Gurgel. Kaufman will also be making her UFC debut in this fight and she is a former Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion. UFC 166 takes place on October 19th from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas with Cain Velasquez and Junior Dos Santos headlining.
