The sophomore effort for the Global Warrior Challenge promotion has its first bout as Vinny Magalhaes faces Jeff Monson. Magalhaes will be competing for the first time since his UFC release, which came after a loss to Anthony Perosh at UFC 163. Monson is a former UFC Heavyweight Title top contender who will enter the fight riding a two fight losing streak. Global Warrior Challenge II takes place on November 9th from a venue TBA in Hawaii with no headliner announced as of yet.
