A pair of fights have been added to UFC Ultimate Fight Night 29 as Igor Alcantara faces Igor Araujo and Alan Patrick faces Garett Whiteley. Alcantara is currently undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated Leandro Silva at UFC On Fuel TV X. Araujo will be making his UFC debut in this fight, but he does so on the strength of a four fight winning streak.
Patrick will be making his UFC debut in this fight and he is coming off of a two fight stint in the Bitetti Combat promotion. Whiteley will also be making his UFC debut in this fight, having finished four of five fights in the opening round. UFC Ultimate Fight Night 29 takes place on October 9th from the Jose Correa Arena in Sao Paulo, Brazil with Jake Shields and Damian Maia headlining.
