The Bellator 98 card has undergone another change as the Mohegan Tribe Department Of Athletic Regulation has ruled that middleweight tournament competitor Andreas Spang is unfit to compete on the card. Spang was set to fight Justin Torrey in a middleweight tournament opening round fight, Torrey will now fight Brennan Ward, who was originally set to fight on the prelims. That change in the card also means that Dave Vitkay, who was set to face Ward on the prelims, has been scratched from the card. Bellator 98 takes place on September 7th from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut with Alexander Shlemenko and Brett Cooper headlining.
