GIVA SANTANA ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT

Bellator veteran GIva Santana has announced his retirement from MMA competition, he will retire with a record of 18-3-0. During his eight year MMA career, Santana fought top names like Jaime Jara, Doug Marshall and Darryl Cobb. Santana fought four times in the Bellator Fighting Championships and competed in two middleweight tournaments. Santana’s last career fight came at Bellator 98 in September 2013, suffering a TKO loss to Jason Butcher.
