A lightweight division fight has been added to UFC Fights For The Troops III as Yves Edwards faces Yancy Medeiros. Edwards has only won one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Jeremy Stephens at UFC On Fox V. Medeiros will be looking to rebound from his first professional MMA defeat, which came to Rustam Khabilov at UFC 159. UFC Fights For The Troops III takes place on November 6th from Fort Campbell in Hopkinsville, Kentucky with Lyoto Machida and Tim Kennedy headlining.
