Michael Bisping has suffered an eye injury and is off the UFC Ultimate Fight Night 30 card, replacing him against Mark Munoz will be Lyoto Machida. Munoz has won four of his last five under the UFC banner, most notably defeating Damian Maia at UFC 131. Machida will be making his middleweight debut in the promotion and is a former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion.
With Machida now fight on the UFC Ultimate Fight Night 30 card, he has been pulled from the UFC Fights For The Troops III card, he was supposed to headline against Tim Kennedy. The UFC is expected to announce a new opponent for Kennedy, but nothing has been announced as of this writing. UFC Ultimate Fight Night 30 takes place on October 26th from the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
