UFC Ultimate Fighter 16 finalist Mike Ricci has been released by the UFC, he had a record of 1-2-0 in the promotion. After losing to Colton Smith in the finals of the reality show, Ricci went on to defeat Colin Fletcher at UFC 158 before dropping a fight to Myles Jury at UFC 165, a bout that would be his last in the promotion. Prior to coming to the UFC in late 2012, Ricci fought other notables like Pat Curran, Daron Cruickshank, Jordan Mein and Jesse Ronson.
