Welterweight action is slated for UFC Ultimate Fight Night 33 as Robert Whittaker will be battling Brian Melancon. Whittaker has won two of three under the UFC banner, most notably defeating Colton Smith at UFC 160. Melancon will be looking to rebound from his first UFC defeat, which came to Kelvin Gastelum at UFC Ultimate Fight Night 27. UFC Ultimate Fight Night 33 takes place on December 6th from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Brisbane, Australia with Mark Hunt and Antonio Silva headlining.
