Fight #1 – Bellator Middleweight Tournament Semi-Final Fight

Joe Pacheco (6-0-0) vs. Brennan Ward (7-1-0)

Referee: John McCarthy

Round One

The round begins with Ward nailing Pacheco with a three punch combination, Pacheco then cracks a swinging Ward with a left. Ward scores a takedown on Pacheco and he gets the half guard, Pacheco eventually forces Ward into the full guard. Pacheco pushes Ward off of him to get the fight standing, Pacheco then gets a takedown on his own on Ward. Ward creates some space before getting the fight standing again, Ward nails Pacheco with a few knee strikes while in the clinch. Pacheco gets another takedown on Ward and he winds up in side control, Pacheco nails Ward with a few knee strikes. Pacheco transitions to full mount on Ward, Pacheco attacks Ward with some more strikes as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Ward nailing Pacheco with a knee strike as he went for the takedown, Pacheco continuously looks for the takedown on Ward. Ward then uses a throw to score a takedown on Pacheco and he gets side control, Ward transitions to back control on Pacheco. Ward purposely stands back up to get Pacheco to do the same, Ward then pops Pacheco with an uppercut. Ward dances around Pacheco while popping him with a lot of strikes, Pacheco goes for the takedown and Ward catches him in the power guillotine and he goes out cold.

Fight Result: Brennan Ward def. Joe Pacheco by submission via power guillotine choke (2:41, R2)

Fight #2 - Bellator Middleweight Tournament Semi-Final Fight

Jason Butcher (7-0-0) vs. Mikkel Parlo (10-1-0)

Referee: Michael Bell

Round One

The round begins with Butcher cracking Parlo with a left hook, Parlo responds by hitting Butcher with a trio of lefts. Parlo then hits Butcher with a two punch combination, Butcher continuously looks for the takedown on Parlo. Butcher also starts to attack Parlo with a few leg kicks, Parlo responds by hitting Butcher with a left to the rib cage. Parlo catches a kick from Butcher and he cracks him with a few rights, Parlo then hits a kicking Butcher with a counter right. Butcher also continues to try and pull guard on Parlo, Butcher charges at Parlo while landing some strikes as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Butcher going back to the leg kicks on Parlo, Butcher swings at Parlo before cracking him with an uppercut. Butcher charges at Parlo while landing a striking combination, Parlo barely catches Butcher with an overhand right. Butcher charges forward on Parlo and gets hit with a counter uppercut, Parlo follows that up by hitting Butcher with a straight right. Parlo then hits Butcher with a few lefts that is followed by a head kick, Butcher nails Parlo with a right before eating a three punch combination. Parlo nails Butcher with a plethora of uppercuts as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Butcher charging forward on Parlo while throwing strikes, Parlo starts to attack Butcher with leg kicks. Butcher tries to pull guard and Parlo pops him with some rights, Butcher recovers by hitting Parlo with an uppercut. Parlo eats a few strikes before hitting Butcher with a right, Parlo comes forward on Butcher while throwing some strikes. Butcher continuously fails to pull guard on Parlo and he fails every time, Butcher pulls guard again and Parlo attacks him with some strikes before standing. Butcher starts attacking Parlo with a variety of kicks, Parlo also nails Butcher with a variety of kicks as the round ends.

Fight Result: Mikkel Parlo def. Jason Butcher by unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28)

Fight #3 - Bellator Summer Series Bantamweight Tournament Finals

Anthony Leone (13-5-0) vs. Rafael Silva (20-3-0)

Referee: John McCarthy

Round One

The round begins with Silva catching Leone with a few leg kicks, Leone charges at Silva while throwing some strikes. Silva also tries attacking Leone with a variety of kicks, Silva scores a takedown on Leone and he gets leg control. Silva almost catches Leone in a rear naked choke without having back control, Leone almost catches Silva with a triangle choke while on his back. Silva transitions to back control on Leone as he stands up, Leone drops back to the ground and Silva remains on top of him. The fighters get back to their feet as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Leone cracking Silva with an overhand right, Silva responds by hitting Leone with a short left hook. Silva then cracks Leone with another left and a knee strike, Silva also starts to pepper Leone with a series of jabs. Leone responds by cracking Silva with a two punch combination, Leone starts attacking Silva with a lot of overhand rights. Silva scores a takedown on Leone and he gets the full guard, Silva advances to the half guard position on Leone. Silva then transitions to side control on Leone before gaining back control, Silva then starts attacking Leone with some ground and pound as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Silva attacking Leone with a bunch of leg kicks, Silva also backs up Leone by throwing a plethora of kicks. Silva then nails a swinging Leone with a knee strike, Silva barely connects with a spinning back kick on Leone. Silva then scores a takedown on Leone and he gets the half guard, Silva starts to attack Leone with some short range strikes. The referee stands up the fighters after inactivity and Leone scores a takedown on Silva, Silva sweeps Leone and gets on top of him as the round ends.

Fight Result: Rafael Silva def. Anthony Leone by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Fight #4 - Bellator Heavyweight Tournament Semi-Final Fight

Lavar Johnson (17-7-0) vs. Vinicius Queiroz (6-3-0)

Referee: Michael Bell

Round One

The round begins with Queiroz instantly dropping Johnson with a right and he follows it up with a few strikes until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: Vinicius Queiroz def. Lavar Johnson by TKO via strikes (0:23, R1)

Main Event - Bellator Heavyweight Tournament Semi-Final Fight

Mark Godbeer (8-1-0) vs. Cheick Kongo (18-8-2)

Referee: John McCarthy

Round One

The round begins with Kongo scoring a takedown on Godbeer and he gets the half guard, Godbeer uses the wall walk to get the fight standing. The fighters clinch up on the cage wall and exchange knee strikes, the referee separates the fighters after inactivity and Godbeer accidentally hits Kongo low to halt the fight. The fight resumes with Godbeer cracking Kongo with a right, Kongo scores a takedown on Godbeer and they both pop right back up. Godbeer then cracks Kongo with a pair of rights, Kongo again gets the takedown on Godbeer and they pop back up quickly. The fighters clinch up again and exchange knee strikes, the referee separates the fighters after inactivity and the fighters clinch right back up. The referee separates the fighters after inactivity and Kongo cracks Godbeer with a knee strike as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Godbeer attacking Kongo with some leg kicks, Kongo grabs a hold of Godbeer while attacking him with knee strikes. The fighters again battle in the clinch while on the cage wall, Kongo drops Godbeer with a knee strike and he pounces on him for a short time. Godbeer stands up and Kongo drops him with knee strikes, Kongo hits Godbeer with a few more strikes until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: Cheick Kongo def. Mark Godbeer by TKO via strikes (2:04, R2)
