A lightweight division has been added to UFC On Fox IX as Jamie Varner will be competing against Pat Healy. Varner has rotated wins and losses in his second UFC run, with his last fight being a loss to Gleison TIbau at UFC 164. Healy is currently winless in UFC competition, losing to Khabib Nurmagomedov and fighting Jim Miller to a no contest. UFC On Fox IX takes place on December 14th from the Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, California with Anthony Pettis and John Thomson headlining.
