Undefeated featherweight fighter Julio Cesar Neves has signed a deal with the Bellator Fighting Championships. Neves currently has a record of 28-0-0, plus he has fought in top promotions like Sparta MMA and Watch Out Combat Show. No date is set yet for Neves debut with the promotion, but it should come sometime in the next year.
