The One FC Featherweight Championship will be defended at One FC 13 as champion Koji Oishi defends against Honorio Banario. Oishi won the initial meeting between the two at One FC IX in May 2013, the win also brought him the championship. Banario has not competed since that loss to Oishi and he won two straight bouts prior to that title bout loss. One FC 13 takes place on December 6th from the Mall Of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines with the aforementioned fighters headlining.
