SHOOTO CHAMP SIGNS WITH UFC

Current Shooto Welterweight Champion Hernani Perpetuo has signed a multi-fight contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Perpetuo won the Shooto Welterweight Title when he defeated Tommy Depret at Shooto Brazil 42 in August. Perpetuo will make his UFC debut riding an eight fight winning streak, no UFC debut date has been set yet for the fighter.
