Following the injury to Junior Assuncao, the upcoming Xtreme Fighting Championships 27 card has undergone some changes. Replacing Assuncao against Daniel Swain will be JP Reese and the fight will no longer serve as the main event. Instead, the XFC Featherweight Title Tournament Finals between Deivison Ribeiro and Farkhad Shapirov will now be the main event. Xtreme Fighting Championships 27 takes place on December 13th from the LC Walker Arena in Muskegon, Michigan with Deivison Ribeiro and Farkhad Shapirov headlining.
