Two more bouts have been added to the growing UFC 171 card as Ovince St. Preux faces Thiago Silva and Robert McDaniel faces Tor Troeng. St. Preux is currently undefeated in UFC competition, with a pair of victories over both Gian Villante and Cody Donovan. Silva will enter the fight riding a two fight winning streak, last defeating Matt Hamill at UFC Fight Night 29.
McDaniel will be looking to rebound from his first UFC defeat, which came to Brad Tavares at UFC Fight Night 27. Troeng has split both of his past UFC appearances, defeating Adam Cella and suffering a defeat to Rafael Natal. UFC 171 takes place on March 15th from the American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas with Jon Jones and Glover Teixeira headlining.
