Recent Bellator Middleweight Title challenger Doug Marshall has failed a post-fight drug test by the Pennsylvania Athletic Commission following the Bellator 109 event. The substance that he failed the test for was not released by the promotion, but Marshall will be suspended until February 7th, 2014. At Bellator 109, Marshall was defeated by Bellator Middleweight Champion Alexander Shlemenko by first round TKO.
