Longtime Bellator veteran Brent Weedman has announced his retire from MMA, he leaves the sport with a record of 22-9-1. Weedman spent the last three-plus years on his career in Bellator, where he made it to the finals of the season six welterweight tournament. During his eight year MMA career, Weedman fought top names like Gray Maynard, Dan Hornbuckle, Rudy Bears, Jay Hieron, Rick Hawn and Marius Zaromskis. Weedman’s last fight of his career took place on October 18th of 2013 at Bellator 104, where he lost to Rick Hawn in a season nine welterweight tournament semi-final fight.
