UFC SIGNS ALEXANDER YAKOVLEV

Welterweight competitor Alexander Yakovlev has signed a multi-fight contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championships, his current MMA record is 21-4-1. Yakovlev will make his UFC debut sometime this year while riding a three fight winning streak, last defeating UFC veteran Paul Daley at Legend: Part II in November 2013. In his nine year MMA career, Yakovlev has also fought other top names like Karl Amoussou, amongst others.
