Longtime head of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Keith Kizer, has stepped down from his position in the NSAC. Kizer will go back to a career in law, as he has stated that he will be returns to the Nevada State Attorney General’s Office. Kizer headed the NSAC commission for a total of eight years, no replacement for him has been announced as of this writing. Kizer had occasionally butted heads with UFC President Dana White, most notably over the controversial decision in the UFC 167 main event between Georges St. Pierre and Johny Hendricks.
