A light heavyweight division slugfest as Fabio Maldonado will be standing across the octagon from Gian Villante. Maldonado will enter the fight riding a two fight winning streak, last defeating Joey Beltran at UFC Fight Night 29. Villante will be looking to build on the momentum of his first UFC victory, which came over Cody Donovan at UFC 167. UFC Fight Night 38 takes place on March 23th from the Ginasio Nelio Dias in Natal, Brazil with no headliner announced as of yet.
