A featherweight division contest has been added to the UFC 171 card as Daniel Pineda battles Robert Whiteford. Pineda has won one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Justin Lawrence at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale. Whiteford is currently winless under the UFC banner, dropping a fight to Jim Hettes at UFC Fight Night 30. UFC 171 takes place on March 15th from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas with Johny Hendricks and Robbie Lawler headlining.
