A bantamweight division encounter as Jeff Curran returns from retirement to battle Iliarde Santos at Titan Fighting Championships 28. Curran announced his retirement after a loss to Pedro Munhoz at Resurrection Fighting Alliance IX, but will now return after an eight month absence. Santos is fighting for the first time since his UFC release, which came after a loss to Chris Cariaso at UFC Fight Night 29. Titan Fighting Championships 28 takes place on April 19th from a location TBA with a headlined to be announced.
