Fight #8 - UFC Lightweight Division Fight
Abel Trujillo (11-5-0-1NC) vs. Jamie Varner (21-8-1-2NC)

Round One
The round begins with Varner popping Trujillo with some short lefts, Varner then catches Trujillo with a push kick and a right. Trujillo charges forward on Varner while throwing strikes, Trujillo tags Varner during a wild striking exchange. Varner then hits a swinging Trujillo with a counter left hook, Trujillo looks for a takedown and Varner winds up getting back control on him. Varner transitions to the north/south position on Trujillo, Varner looks for the north/south choke on Trujillo and he lets it go after Trujillo scrambles. The fighters have a wild striking exchange near the cage wall as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Trujillo attacking Varner with a striking combination, Varner rocks a swinging Trujillo with a counter left hook. Trujillo recovers by rocking Varner with a wild punching combination, Varner eventually drops Trujillo with a combination near the cage wall. Trujillo tries to slow Varner down by attempting a takedown, the fighters just starts swinging wildly at each other again. Varner catches a swinging Trujillo with a few knee strikes, Trujillo then clocks Varner with a right hook and he goes out cold.

Fight #9 - UFC Flyweight Division Fight
Ali Bagautinov (12-2-0) vs. John Lineker (23-6-0)

Round One
The round begins with Bagautinov scoring a quick takedown on Lineker, Lineker attacks Bagautinov with elbow strikes while on his back. Bagautinov starts to attack Lineker with some ground and pound, both fighters battle for heel hooks and they scramble to their feet. Lineker looks for a head kick and Bagautinov scores a takedown instead and he gets the half guard, Bagautinov goes back to attacking Lineker with ground and pound. Lineker looks for a kimura on Bagautinov as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with both fighters attacking each other with kicks, Bagautinov then attacks a tripping Lineker with a flying knee strike. Lineker grabs a hold of Bagautinov to crack him with a few knee strikes, Lineker follows that up by nailing Bagautinov with rights to the midsection. Bagautinov recovers to crack Lineker with a two punch combination, Bagautinov attempts a takedown after Lineker catches him with more punches to the rib cage. Bagautinov then cracks Lineker with a left hook to the jaw, Bagautinov tries to hit Lineker with a head kick and it gets blocked. Bagautinov searches for the takedown as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Lineker cornering Bagautinov before attacking him with a right, Bagautinov scores a takedown and Lineker quickly gets back up. Bagautinov drags Lineker back to the ground and he gets the full mount, Lineker quickly forces Bagautinov into the half guard. Lineker looks for the kimura and Bagautinov makes him pay by landing a few strikes, Lineker gets back up and Bagautinov brings him back to the ground. Bagautinov quickly begins to attack Lineker with some ground and pound, Lineker uses the wall walk to get the fight standing. Bagautinov moves away from Lineker while hitting him with a left, Bagautinov scores a takedown on Lineker and he quickly nails him with strikes. Lineker looks for a heel hook on Bagautinov as the round ends.

Fight #10 - UFC Heavyweight Division Fight
Frank Mir (16-8-0) vs. Alistair Overeem (36-13-0-1NC)

Round One
The round begins with Overeem popping Mir with a right to the midsection, Overeem grabs a hold of Mir to crack him with a knee strike. Mir responds by catching an incoming Overeem with a short right, Overeem drops Mir with a pair of knee strikes and he pounces on him. Mir stands up as Overeem assaults him with a plethora of strikes, Mir drops for a leg lock and Overeem easily blocks it and stays on top of him. Overeem starts attacking Mir with ground and pound as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Overeem working over Mir with some jabs, Overeem tosses Mir to the ground and then allows him to standup. Overeem grabs a hold of Mir and he attacks him with some knee strikes, the referee separates the fighters after inactivity and Mir scores a takedown on Overeem and he gets leg control. Mir transitions to the half guard on Overeem, Mir rolls for the guillotine choke and Overeem escapes to get on top of him. Overeem begins to attack Mir with some ground and pound, Mir eventually forces Overeem into the full guard while eating more strikes. Overeem postures up and he allows Mir to be stood up as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Mir attacking Overeem with a variety of kicks, Mir then pulls guard on Overeem to bring the fight to the ground. Overeem gets up and purposely allows Mir to stand up as well, Mir again looks for the takedown and Overeem winds up on top of him. Overeem begins to attack Mir with some ground and pound, Overeem continuously attacks Mir with a lot of strikes on the ground. Overeem stands up and makes Mir stand back up as well, Overeem rocks Mir badly with a straight right to the face as the round ends.
Fight Result: Alistair Overeem def. Frank Mir by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)
Fight #11 - UFC Featherweight Title Fight
Jose Aldo (23-1-0) (Champion) vs. Ricardo Lamas (13-2-0)

Round One
The round begins with Lamas attacking Aldo with leg kicks, Aldo responds with a two punch combo on Lamas. Aldo then cracks Lamas with a right to the midsection, Aldo catches Lamas with a punch and leg kick combination. Aldo follows that up by nailing Lamas with a spinning back kick to the rib cage, Aldo comes forward on Lamas while throwing strikes. Aldo then hits Lamas with a counter right that is followed by a left to the rib cage, Lamas goes for a pair of spin kicks as the round ends.
Round Two
The round begins with Lamas quickly attacking Aldo with leg kicks, Aldo then hits a swinging Lamas with a front kick. Aldo begins to attack Lamas with some leg kicks of his own, Aldo cracks Lamas with a trio of punches to the rib cage. Aldo rocks a swinging Lamas with a barely landed counter right, Lamas tries to keep Aldo at bay by throwing some jabs. Aldo begins to just destroy the leg of Lamas with those leg kicks, Aldo rocks a kicking Lamas with a left uppercut to the jaw as the round ends.
Round Three
The round begins with Lamas hitting Aldo with a kick to the rib cage, Aldo goes right back to destroying Lamas with leg kicks. Lamas starts to look for the takedown on Aldo and it gets stuffed, Lamas backs up Aldo by landing a push kick. Lamas starts landing some leg kicks of his own on Aldo, Aldo responds by leveling Lamas with a left hook to the rib cage. Lamas begins to pepper Aldo with some left hooks and a right, Lamas barely connects with a flying knee strike on Aldo as the round ends.
Round Four
The round begins with Lamas instantly attacking Aldo with leg kicks, Lamas starts to look for the takedown on Aldo. The fighter’s battle for position along the cage wall while exchanging a few strikes, Aldo scores a takedown on Lamas and he gets the half guard. Aldo begins to attack Lamas with some ground and pound, Aldo transitions to back control on Lamas and he locks in a rear naked choke. Lamas scrambles at the right time to escape the choke and get the fight standing, Aldo pummels Lamas with elbow strikes during a takedown attempt as the round ends.
Round Five
The round begins with Lamas nailing Aldo with a kick to the midsection, Aldo scores a takedown on Lamas and he gets the full guard. Aldo eventually transitions to the full mount on Lamas, Aldo begins to attack Lamas with some ground and pound. Lamas causes a scramble to get himself on top of Aldo and in the open guard, Lamas starts attacking Aldo with some elbow strikes. Lamas attacks Aldo with a lot of ground and pound, Lamas hits Aldo with more strikes as the round ends.
Fight Result: Jose Aldo def. Ricardo Lamas by unanimous decision (49-46, 49-46, 49-46) to retain the title
Main Event - UFC Bantamweight Title Fight
Renan Barao (33-1-0-1NC) (Champion) vs. Urijah Faber (30-6-0)

Round One
The round begins with Faber charging forward on Barao while throwing punches, Faber then pops a kicking Barao with a two punch combo. Barao starts to attack Faber with a variety of kicks, Faber slips on a kick and Barao pounces on him with strikes. Barao pops an incoming Faber with a short right, Barao drops Faber with a left hook and he pounces on him as he stands back up. Barao assaults Faber with a bunch of knee strikes and many more punches, Barao drops Faber with a wild right and he pounces on him with hammer fists until the referee jumps in.
Fight Result: Renan Barao def. Uriajh Faber by TKO via strikes (3:42, R1) to retain the title
