Undefeated welterweight prospect Luiz De Franca was murdered earlier this morning while he was training in a gym in Natal, Brazil. Franca, 25, had a professional MMA record of 3-0-0 and reports suggest the fighter was shot multiple times by a former member of the gym. The shooting was actually caught on tape, but no arrests have been made as of this writing according to police reports. Franca trained with the world famous Nova Uniao team, training with top fighters like UFC Bantamweight Champion Renan Barao, Wanderlei Silva and Ronny Markes.
