The first two bouts have been announced for UFC Fight Night Cincinnati as Soa Palelei faces Ruan Potts and Justin Salas faces Ben Wall. Palelei is currently undefeated in his second UFC run, defeating both Pat Barry and Nikita Krylov respectively. Potts will be making his UFC debut in this fight and he is the reigning Extreme Fighting Championships Africa Heavyweight Champion.
Salas has rotated wins and losses throughout his UFC run, with his last fight being a loss to Thiago Tavares at UFC Fight Night 32. Wall is currently winless in UFC competition, having dropped a fight to Alex Garcia at UFC Fight Night 33. UFC Fight Night Cincinnati takes place on May 10th from the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio with no headliner announced as of yet.
