Fight #7 - UFC Welterweight Division Fight

Stephen Thompson (8-1-0) vs. Robert Whittaker (12-3-0)

Referee: Mario Yamasaki

Round One

The round begins with Thompson quickly hitting Whittaker with a side kick, both fighters start exchanging some leg kicks. Thompson barely catches Whittaker with a front leg axe kick to the face, Whittaker chases Thompson around the octagon while throwing strikes. Thompson then pops Whittaker with a hook kick to the head, Whittaker recovers by hitting Thompson with a two punch combination. Thompson drops Whittaker with a right and he drops him a second time with a punching combination as he stood up, Thompson pounces on a downed Whittaker until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: Stephen Thompson def. Robert Whittaker by TKO via strikes (3:43, R1)

Fight #8 - UFC Welterweight Division Fight

Mike Pyle (25-9-1) vs. TJ Waldburger (16-8-0)

Referee: Herb Dean

Round One

The round begins with Waldburger attacking Pyle with some leg kicks, Pyle returns the favor by hitting Waldburger with leg kicks of his own. Waldburger briefly forces Pyle up against the cage wall before cracking him with a left hook, Waldburger then cracks Pyle with a two punch combination. Pyle scores a takedown on Waldburger and he immediately attacks him with strikes, Pyle transitions to side control on Waldburger. Waldburger scrambles at the right time to get the fight standing again, Pyle attacks Waldburger with knee strikes while in the clinch as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with Pyle barely hitting Waldburger with a front kick, Waldburger backs Pyle into the cage wall while throwing some strikes. Waldburger starts attacking Pyle with a bunch of leg kicks, Pyle drops Waldburger with a leg kick and he quickly gets on top of him. Pyle transitions to the side control position on Waldburger, Waldburger uses the wall walk to get the fight standing. Pyle continues to catch Waldburger with some knee strikes, Pyle then catches Waldburger with a spinning kick to the midsection. Waldburger puts Pyle against the cage wall while eating more knee strikes, Pyle scores a takedown on Waldburger and they both pop right back up as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with Waldburger cracking Pyle with a two strike combo, Waldburger follows that up by hitting a kicking Pyle with a counter punch combo. Pyle responds by clobbering Waldburger with a few rights that rock him, Waldburger recovers by hitting Pyle with a left. Pyle then drops Waldburger for a moment with a spinning elbow strike, Pyle catches a standing Waldburger with some knee strikes. Pyle clobbers Waldburger with a pair of elbow strikes, Pyle then drops Waldburger with a knee strike. Waldburger escapes a guillotine from Pyle before eating some elbow strikes again, Pyle continues attacking Waldburger with ground and pound until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: Mike Pyle def. TJ Waldburger by TKO via strikes (4:03, R3)

Fight #9 - UFC Welterweight Division Fight

Rory MacDonald (15-2-0) vs. Damien Maia (18-5-0)

Referee: Yves Lavigne

Round One

The round begins with Maia scoring a takedown on MacDonald and he gets the open guard, Maia starts attacking MacDonald with short range strikes. Maia transitions to the full mount on MacDonald, Maia attacks MacDonald with a lot of ground and pound. Maia mixes in some elbow strikes in his attack on MacDonald, MacDonald eventually forces Maia into the half guard. MacDonald scrambles to get the fight back to the standing position, MacDonald starts attacking Maia with a variety of kicks. Maia then rocks MacDonald with a four punch combination as the round ends.

Round Two

The round begins with MacDonald attacking Maia with a bunch of kicks, MacDonald also starts hitting Maia with punching combinations. Maia starts to hunt for the takedown on MacDonald, MacDonald then cracks Maia with a kick to the midsection. MacDonald follows that up by hitting Maia with a two punch combination, MacDonald cracks an incoming Maia with a head kick. Maia recovers by popping MacDonald with a left hook, MacDonald continuously attacks Maia with a plethora of kicks. MacDonald nails Maia with a few rights as the round ends.

Round Three

The round begins with MacDonald attacking Maia with a bunch of kicks, MacDonald starts peppering Maia with a lot of jabs. MacDonald then cracks Maia with a kick to the midsection, Maia scores a takedown on MacDonald and he gets the butterfly guard. Maia starts to attack MacDonald with some ground and pound, MacDonald scrambles to get the fight standing once again. Maia starts to pepper MacDonald with some jabs of his own, MacDonald catches Maia with an uppercut as he went for the takedown. MacDonald follows that up by clocking Maia with a two punch combination, MacDonald lands a few more strikes on Maia as the round ends.

Fight Result: Rory MacDonald def. Damien Maia by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Fight #10 - UFC Light Heavyweight Division Fight

Daniel Cormier (13-0-0) vs. Patrick Cummins (4-0-0)

Referee: Mario Yamasaki

Round One

The round begins with Cummins attacking Cormier with some leg kicks, Cormier then cracks Cummins with a pair of uppercuts. Cormier continuously tags Cummins with a bunch of rights, Cormier drops Cummins with another right and he pounces on him until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: Daniel Cormier def. Patrick Cummins by TKO via strikes (1:19, R1)

Main Event - UFC Women’s Bantamweight Title Fight

Ronda Rousey (8-0-0) (Champion) vs. Sara McMann (7-0-0)

Referee: Herb Dean

Round One

The round begins with McMann popping Rousey with a two punch combo, McMann then hits Rousey with a few rights. Rousey recovers by nailing McMann with several knee strikes to the midsection, Rousey drops McMann with another knee strikes and she pounces on her with more strikes until the referee jumps in.

Fight Result: Ronda Rousey def. Sara McMann by TKO via strikes (1:06, R1) to retain the UFC Women’s Bantamweight Title
