OCTAGON VS FUERZA GUERRERA ADDED TO WWL'S "DREAM MATCHES 2014" MEXICO TOUR IN MARCH
Here is a press release from World Wrestling League. WWL's president Richard Negrin has announced a huge legends match for their last show of their "Dream Matches 2014" tour: Octagon vs Fuerza Guerrera. That should drive even more attention to their event and I would imagine help give them a boost on attendance. The tour is scheduled for the weekend of March 7th, 8th and 9th. WWL Announces Octagon Facing Fuerza Guerrera
(México, Distrito Federal, San Juan, Puerto Rico, Thursday, February 20, 2014) – World Wrestling League (WWL) president, Richard Negrín announced an additional match for the “Dream Matches 2014 Tour” on Sunday March 9th at the “Domo del Plan Sexenal” DF, Mexico. In a Legends Match, Octagon will face Fuerza Guerrera. The card has a bell time of 5:00PM
“It is an HONOR for me to present these two lucha legends, Octagon vs Fuerza Guerrera, on Sunday March 9th at “Domo del Plan Sexenal” in DF. You can’t miss it!”, Negrin stated.
The tickets for the DF are available every day, in the box office of the Plan Sexenal,, from 10:00AM to 6:00PM. Price for first to fourth row seats $400 pesos, fifth to seventh row seats $300.00 pesos and Ring General seats $250.00 pesos. General seating in the arena $200.00 pesos and Stands (gradas) $150.00 pesos. Kids under 11 years old are free when accompanied by an adult in the Stands (gradas).
For Friday March 7th at the “Arena Xalapa”, Veracruz, you can buy your tickets at arena’s box office, ‘Carros de Sonido’, Premier Súper Farmacias, Sucursales Ruiz Cortinez, in front of CEM, Murillo Viudal and Coapetec, Abarrotes Campi, Dulcería Cepillín in Colonia Revolución and Panificadora La Ideal De Banderilla.
For Saturday March 8th at the “Plaza de Toros El Pinal”, in Teziutlan, Puebla, ticket sales will be at Bajos del Palacio Municipal, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM and at the Fábrica de Muebles Yire, located in Juárez 902 C, Zona Centro, from 10:00AM to 9:00PM.
Prices for both events: Row 1, 2 & 3 will be $350.00 pesos; Row 4, 5 & 6 will be $300.00 pesos; General seating $250.00 pesos and Stands (gradas) $150.00 pesos. Kids under 11 years old are free when accompanied by an adult in the Stands (gradas).
On the other hand, Negrin pointed out that the events will be headlined by a match where Blue Demon Jr. will take on Monster Pain, in his quest to become the WWL World Champion. “The heir of “El Manotas", seemed confident and determined to take possession of the WWL title from Monster Pain, stating that he feels ready to because of the challenges he has faced in the past where he wrestled “Big Daddy V” and emerged victorious. He stated that “with Pain it should not be different and I will become WWL’s World champion”. He completely ignored the statement sent via video by Misstres Glenda Lee that was presented at the Press Conference, where she referred to “El Demonio Azul” as, 'Chaparrito'
WWL will present the following card: Sabu vs Mosco X-Fly, in an extreme rules match; “Los Mamitos” (Mr. E y Sexy B Campeones) vs Psicodélico Jr. & El Hijo de Dos Caras for the WWL World Tag Team title; Skyde, Mystery partner & Vengador Radioactivo vs Astro Rey, Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. & El Hijo del Medico Asesino; Ladies Match: Paloma Rouse-Su vs Mystery opponent that will announced soon; Carlito & Chavo Guerrero vs Juventud Guerrera & Ricky Marvin. In a match that puts “Puerto Rico vs México”, “El León” Apolo will face Cien Caras Jr. Also, at the “Domo Plan Sexenal del DF”, The Clown Corp. (DAVE THE CLOWN, BROOKE THE CLOWN & ROTH THE CLOWN) issued an open challenge to any 3-men team (trio) who wants to face them.
